Thanks to a network of 35 offices spread across 32 countries and a multi-disciplinary team, Atout France, the tourism development agency for France, is able to employ all the means necessary in order to meet their 3 key objectives:

  • Adapt the French offer to national and international tourism demands,
  • Support each of its partner members, private companies and public institutions, in enhancing their economic competitiveness.

The Toulouse Tourist Office is one of the 24 members of the Tourisme en Ville Club (one of the 12 promotional clubs run by Atout France), which aims to promote city tourism internationally within the framework of a collective strategy. The director of the Toulouse TO is currently the President of the Tourisme en Ville Club for a 3 year term.

- Association of Tourism Journalists (AJT) www.ajt.net

The association brings together around 180 French journalists that are accredited according to two criteria: all of them are professional journalists, actively involved on a regular basis in the tourism sector (print press for the general public, economic, professional and specialist sectors, as well as radio, television and on-line).

- European Cities Marketing (ECM) www.europeancitiesmarketing.com

This professional organisation gathers over 100 major cities from 32 different countries in order to share international development strategies. It regularly arranges seminars and workshops (business and leisure travel).
