What are the measures that the Festival des Lanternes took regarding the COVID-19?

The festival crew is paying particular attention for maintaining a sanitary safety within the premises of the park.
The health pass will be mandatory and asked at the entrance of the festival. The health pass is not compulsory for the minors under 12 years and 2 months old. There is no testing center at the entrance of the festival.

I am encountering problems with my reservation, whom can I contact?

The organizers will manage the requests on a case-by-case basis. You can contact them at: blagnac@festik.net.
If the purchase was made with the Tourist Office of Toulouse:
1 – for individual tickets, please do send an email at infos@toulouseatout.com or contact us by phone at the number following + 33 5 17 42 31 31.
2 – for more than 20 tickets (bundle), you have to contact the Inbound department at lanternes@toulouseatout.com or by phone at the number following + 33 5 61 11 02 30.

I bought a ticket but I finally cannot come. Can I change the date of my ticket or get a refund?

No change or refund will be possible. The general conditions of sales are available to read on the website.

Can we buy tickets on-site?

A single point of sale with reduced hours is at your disposal near the entrance of the park at the « 8 avenue du parc ». This point of sale will be open from 3.45 pm until 9.30 pm (including national holidays) throughout the festival starting December 1 until February 1, from Mondays to Sundays.

Am I allowed to get out and come again inside the festival with my ticket?

It will not be allowed; any exist is permanent.

Is there any specific access for the disabled persons?

There is an access dedicated for disabled persons and their travelling companions that is located at “Avenue des Tilleuls”. The ticket and the disabled card will be asked at the entrance.

Is there any map of the park once we are inside the festival?

Yes, volunteers will give you a map once you are there.

Is there any public toilets?

You can find public toilets near the entrance reserved for disabled people and inside the park at the exit gate.

How long will the visit last?

Around 2 hours will be needed to see all the lanterns.

Are there food services available on site?

There will be a small snack bar inside the park but without seats except for groups who will be greeted at the marquee which can receive up to 300 persons.
Outside the park, at the Marronniers square, near the Odyssud-Ritouret station, many restaurants and a gourmet village will propose food either to take-away or to eat on site. Download the Festival des Lanternes smartphone application for more information: Play Store App Store

Are dogs allowed inside the park?

No dogs will be allowed inside the park except the guide dogs.

What is forbidden at the festival?

Items made of glass, tinned food and cans, alcohol, illicit liquids, weapons and other explosive, flammable or volatile substances, every dangerous items, all pyrotechnics items, any political, ideological, religious or advertising signs and banners.

What are the peak periods?

Dates to be privileged upon your arrival are days during the week from Sundays to Thursdays. Peak periods will be more important on the Fridays or the Saturdays.

Can we get access to the festival with the public transport?

Yes, you can and you will find all the ways of getting access to the site with the public transport on the festival website www.festivaldeslanternes-blagnac.com at the section “le festival -> s’y rendre”

Where can I park my car, my motorbike or my scooter?

For drivers or bikers, it is mandatory to park at the Parking P5 of the airport. The parking costs 5.50 euros by vehicle. The organizers are making free shuttles available for visitors so that they can reach the festival. The parking has 3000 spaces. The parking P5 accept long vehicles, with a maximum height of 4.25 meters.

Where can we park with a camping-car?

At the Rupé campsite, the Bouriette campsite or the City of Space camping-car park. On the last one, the duration of parking is limited to 1 night.

Is there a parking for bicycles?

Yes, nearby the entrance of the festival, at the Avenue des Tilleuls-Blagnac. It is a free and guarded bicycle parking that offers an assistance in case of mechanical breakdown. This space is at the disposal of visitors thanks to one of the sponsors of the festival, Intersport.

Is there a child rate?

The entrance of the festival is free for children under 11 years old.

At which hour will the performances by the artist of the Sichuan opera be held?

There are not set hours for the performances of the artists of the Sichuan opera. They will perform regularly along the night.
