When can I start using my Pass? Until when is it valid?
The Pass validity begins when you make your first purchase at a participating site. When the QR Code on your e-ticket is scanned by a customer service assistant at the participating site, this will automatically trigger the 3-day countdown. Your Toulouse Tourism Pass app displays the remaining duration in real time in the “My Passes” tab.
NB: If you purchase the transport option, your 10 free trips can be made without any time limit. In a single trip you may use up to 4 different services within a period of 1 hour from the first validation. Please note that if you make a return trip, or resume your journey on the same line, this will count as 2 separate trips.
Do I have to print my e-ticket?
No, you are not obliged to print your e-ticket. You can either:
- Option 1: Open your e-ticket attached to the e-mail confirming your purchase and show this to the customer service assistants at participating sites.
- Option 2: Download the Toulouse Tourism Pass app and link it to your Pass:
We strongly recommend you download the app to make better use of your Pass and obtain more information about participating sites (opening times, locations, exhibitions, etc.).
How long is it valid before activation?
After purchasing your Toulouse Tourism Pass you have one year to activate it by visiting a participating site.
Is the Pass individual?
Yes, the Pass is individual. You can, however, purchase a Pass for someone else. One Pass must be purchased per person.
I don’t have a smartphone, can I still purchase a paperless Pass?
Yes, you can purchase your Pass at the reception desk of the Tourist Office on Square Charles de Gaulle, located behind Place du Capitole, by calling our holiday advisors on +33 (0)5 17 42 31 31 or on our website by using a computer.
What is the purpose of the Toulouse Tourism Pass app?
The app can be used to:
- purchase your Toulouse Tourism Pass.
- link your pass for optimised use via your smartphone: tracking of usage and remaining validity.
- obtain information about participating sites (description, address, website, opening times, disabled access, etc.).
- view an interactive map showing the locations of participating sites.
Do I have to download the app?
No, the e-ticket and/or la dedicated web page will give you all the information about participating sites. However, we strongly recommend you download the app to make better use of your Pass and obtain more information about participating sites (opening times, locations, etc.).
Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes, the app works without an internet connection.
Where can I collect my ticket for 10 trips?
- From the Tourist Office on Square Charles de Gaulle, located behind Place du Capitole (open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 6pm and Sundays from 10am to 6pm).
- At the information point at Toulouse-Blagnac airport.
Is the airport bus included in the transport option? What about park-and-ride services? And regional trains? VélÔToulouse bike rentals?
Airport buses, park-and-ride services, regional trains and VélÔToulouse bike rentals are not included in the free transport option. There are tram and city bus services operating between the airport and the town centre.
Is the Pass advantageous for students, retired persons or the under 18s?
Considering the advantageous pricing policy of many participating sites in favour of people under the age of 18, we do not recommend the Pass for this age group. For pensioners and students, however, it may be advantageous to purchase the Tourism Pass, depending on its intended use.
Does the Pass give us access to temporary exhibitions?
Yes, temporary exhibitions at the city’s museums are included with the Pass.
How many free guided tours can I do with a 3-day Pass?
The Tourism Pass gives you the right to one guided tour only, to be chosen fromthe guided tours programme.
Do I have to book for certain tours/activities?
For sightseeing tours with limited availability (Tourist Office guided tour, City Tour, Les Bateaux Toulousains boat trips, Rickshaw tours, Ahpy tours, etc.), we highly recommend you book ahead.
Is my Pass also a fast-track ticket?
No, it is not a fast-track pass.
Can it be used to do the same tour/activity more than once?
No, your Pass can be used only once for each tour/activity. You can track which tours/activities you have done on the Toulouse Tourism Pass app, in the “My Passes” tab.
Can I obtain a refund if my stay is cancelled?
No, the Pass is non refundable except in the event of force majeure, on presentation of a medical certificate. See General Terms and Conditions.
In the event that I lose my printed e-ticket or cannot access my e-mails, can I obtain a new one?
In the event that you lose your printed e-ticket or cannot access your e-mails, you can telephone the Toulouse Tourist Office on +33 (0)5 17 42 31 31 or go to the reception desk of the Tourist Office on Square Charles-de-Gaulle, located behind Place du Capitole, where a holiday advisor will issue a new printed e-ticket or send it to you by e-mail.
I have a 3-day Pass, can I deactivate it and reactivate it at a later date?
No, once activated, your Pass cannot be deactivated.
Can I top-up my Pass once I’ve used it up?
No, it is currently not possible to top-up your Pass.
