Holidaysfor all

For nearly 17 years, the Toulouse Metropolitan Tourist Office has been committed to welcoming people with special needs and disabilities in order to guarantee a fully independent stay for all.

It is now a major player and ambassador in the Toulouse area with its Tourisme & Handicap mark covering four disabilities: reduced mobility, mental disability, hearing and visual impairments.

In addition to the technical criteria required by the mark, the tourist office also provides personal advice on how to access the city’s tourist offer. Staff at the reception desk are multilingual and trained to welcome people with disabilities. A trained "Tourisme & Handicap" consultant is also on hand.
