L’Ecrin, a new culinary place has just opened its doors at Radisson Blu Hotel Toulouse Airport.
A mysterious and elegant cocoon, decorated by the architect Emmanuel Delayre, more than a simple
private lounge, a privileged place. Born of an association of ideas and inspired by Le Parc Restaurant of
the starry Chef Franck Putelat in Carcassonne, L’Ecrin is an original and innovative concept, combining
fine cuisine to an esthetic frame. Tinted with white and beige, materials are noble and crockery carefully
chosen for a serene and uncluttered design.
Ideal for business meetings or romantic dinners, it offers an intimate and cosy atmosphere.
