- Display emergency telephone numbers outside the building
- Present all the qualified offers in its area for all clienteles
- Consult the availability of classified accomodation via the website
- Dealing with your complaints and determine your satisfaction
- Offer a tourist information service including new information and communication technologies (social networks, mobile telephony, geolocation...).
- Comply with the requirements of the Quality Tourism Brand.
