Come to Toulouse, the city of music and art, for a festive summer with countless festivals. Thanks to a range of open-air concerts and DJ sets, artistic, dance and literature walking tours to choose from, your stay in Toulouse will be filled with memorable experiences.


From 2 June to 2 July 2023
For this festival of contemporary creation, around thirty artists are invited to explore the connections between ‘culture’ and ‘living culture’. This first edition will be held in Saint-Cyprien and visitors are invited to wander around various iconic venues such as La Grave Chapel, the Musée des Abattoirs, the water tower, etc.


From 22 to 27 June 2023
Debates, topical events, performances and original creations will take place in book shops, libraries and at show venues, with over 150 events in the world of literature over the duration of this festival, which was one of the first creative literature events in Europe.


From 29 June to 2 July 2023
This free music festival presents a specialised line-up that everyone will appreciate. Come and lie on the grass in Compans-Caffarelli park and just enjoy the DJ sets in a laid-back atmosphere. The line-up includes some new discoveries and favourites!


1 and 2 July 2023
Free music and dance performances in the Raymond VI gardens, everyone is welcome. The theme this year is 'Libre de s’exprimer’ (Free to express yourself), and it is above-all an opportunity to discover all sorts of dancing.


From 1 to 13 July 2023
This is an eclectic music festival. For its 2nd edition, the Festival de Toulouse will be held in various venues across the city, for a musical journey through classical, pop, jazz, blues, Cuban music and film soundtracks. There will also be dancing, theatre performances, cinema and visual art.


From 7 July to 26 August 2023
La Halle de la Machine invites you to the Halle Night Long festival on Friday and Saturday evenings. The programme includes free open-air concerts, traditional guinguette atmosphere and barbecues… and rides on the back of a Minotaur at sunset!

Rose festival à Toulouse


From 1 to 3 September 2023
This festival in the city’s colours was created by rap duo from Toulouse, Bigflo & Oli.

The unbelievable line-up for this open-air festival includes Angèle, -M-, Vladimir Cauchemar, La Femme, and of course Bigflo & Oli. It will take place at the new exhibition venue, the MEETT, and you can expect a fantastic atmosphere worthy of the biggest European festivals.
