Carcassonne
Morning: accompanied by our guide, set off aboard your coach into the heart of the town of Carcassonne.
You will travel through one of the largest fortified medieval towns in Europe, and one of the best-preserved thanks to the restoration works by Viollet-le-Duc in the XIX Century.
Discover the Comtal château and the ramparts, masterpieces of Gallo-Roman and medieval military architecture and listed as World Heritage by UNESCO.
Lunch at a restaurant in the town.
Afternoon: enjoy a special welcome at a wine estate in which you can sample the wines of the region.

Albi and Cordes-sur-Ciel
Morning: accompanied by our guide, set off aboard your coach into the heart of the episcopal town and medieval village of Cordes sur Ciel.
Visit the impressive cathedral of Sainte-Cécile, World Heritage listed by UNESCO. Impressive thanks to its allures of a fortified château; this is the largest brick-built cathedral in the world.
At the Palais de La Berbie, you can view an exceptional collection from painter Henri de Toulouse - Lautrec, a native of the region.
Lunch at a restaurant in the centre of town.
Afternoon: after a journey up on the little tourist train you will set out to explore Cordes sur Ciel, a steep medieval village of narrow streets, fortified doorways and ramparts. A little break brimming with charm!
